We understand that sometimes your plans will change. After submitting a formal booking request, you can withdraw the request at no cost anytime before the host accepts the request.
To withdraw your booking request:
While logged into the site, navigate to the Inbox tab of your account.
Select the request you’d like to withdraw.
Click the “Withdraw Booking” button, choose your reason, and submit.
Once a request is withdrawn, it becomes inactive and the full amount of authorized funds including the processing fee are returned to your account. Please note, it may take a few days, depending on your bank, to see the change reflected in your statements.
