Why couldn’t my transaction be processed?

Unfortunately, our system was unable to process your transaction, which can happen for a variety of reasons, including issues with your bank account, policies that your banking institution has in place, or identity verification. The previous failed attempt may temporarily appear as a pending charge (also called an authorization hold) on your statement before being automatically removed by your bank. These pending charges are not actual deductions from your account. To proceed after resolving any account issues with your bank, you can try these steps:

  1. Submit a new booking request by visiting the desired listing page directly rather than using an existing messaging thread

  2. Verify your account information is complete, including a valid profile name and compliant profile photo

  3. Try using a different credit card if payment issues persist.

  4. For issues with pending charge reversals, you may need to contact your bank directly
