As per the Social Events Policy, all guests are required to obtain and maintain insurance for their booking(s), including the proper endorsements that provide coverage as required by applicable Law and for the risks associated with the planned activity.

If Peerspace reaches out requiring you to provide proof of insurance, it is important to respond to the email you received with your Certificate of Insurance by the deadline provided, which must include:
- Insured’s name matches the name of Peerspace account holder
- Date and time of coverage covers the full time of your booking, including the following day for events extending past midnight
- Attendee count matches the number specified in the booking details
- Event type accurately reflects the details of your booking
- Both Peerspace and your host are listed as additional insureds
- If alcohol is included in your event (in the U.S. or Canada), liquor liability coverage must be included in your COI
