However, if a booking experience is negatively impacted by the perceived quality of the services or vendor, your review score will not be affected. Please email email@example.com if you receive a review that negatively references Concierge Services or a specific vendor, and our team will review the content to make sure it does not violate our Community Guidelines. Guests will have an opportunity to provide feedback on services and vendors in a separate follow-up from the booking review.
