How do food and bar tabs work?

Holding events at bars and restaurants is easy when you choose a space with a food and bar tab. The amount you pay is put toward food and drinks (tip and tax included), and you get a private area for your group.

Example: You book a venue for three hours with a $200 per hour food and bar tab. This gets you access to the space and $600 in food and drinks during your booking.

You are welcome to purchase more food and drinks directly from the host once the tab has been spent. Discuss with the host how you would like to pay for purchases that aren’t covered by the tab. There is no reimbursement if the food and bar tab isn’t spent in full.

See this article for more information on what to expect on the day of a booking with a food and bar tab.
