Guests who purchase a food and bar tab pay for a set amount of food and drinks up front. Hosts are responsible for keeping track of how much the party has spent and notifying the guest once their tab is spent in full. Keep in mind that your guest’s tab is inclusive of tax and tip.
Most guests appreciate a heads up when they are within a few drinks of their limit. Guests are welcome to open a new tab and purchase food and drinks directly from you once their tab is spent. Be sure to collect payment directly from the guest for any of these additional purchases. Be sure to discuss this transition with the guest at the beginning of the booking.
At the beginning of the booking, show the guest which private area is reserved for their group.
