The Peerspace Concierge team pairs you with trusted vendors to fulfill any of your service needs. We will work with you to ensure that you have everything you need for a successful booking.
Will a Concierge be onsite during my booking?
While our Concierge team is here to help arrange the services you need, we won’t be onsite during your booking. Please provide the best contact number for someone who will be onsite from the start to end of your booking and can coordinate with vendors, including showing them where to set up. If you’d like to have additional assistance on the day of your booking, ask us about our professional onsite managers.
How much time will I need for setup?
Depending on the services you’ve requested and the space you’ve rented, the load in times will differ. For simple catering orders, we recommend scheduling the delivery 30 minutes before you plan on serving the meal. For more complex events, we’re happy to provide a recommendation for how much time you should book for load in and out. We always recommend at least 1 hour of load in time and 30 minutes of load out time.

When will I be charged for services?
Once you confirm your services, we will use the payment method on file to process the transaction. If you need to cancel your event, you will be charged any vendor cancellation fees in addition to the original Concierge fee and Service fee. Refunds will be applied to the payment method on file.
What if my host provides these services?
Our team is here to arrange any services that your space or host cannot provide. If your host lists a service you'd like to use under their amenities, use the blue “message host” button to confirm your needs with them directly. If there is something you need that they cannot provide, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help!
