Under our property damage guarantee, eligible hosts will receive payment for the repair or replacement value of host property within the rented venue that is damaged by a guest or attendee during a booking. Examples could include damaged furniture, floors and carpets, or host-owned production equipment. The maximum value per damaged item is $7,500, and the maximum value per booking is $25,000. All damage reimbursement requests are subject to a $100 minimum that is payable by you.
Some examples of commonly approved damages include:
- Carpet/Rug Spills (cleaning)
- Damage to Lighting & Appliances
- Door & Wall Damage
- Accidental Furniture, Houseware, or Equipment Damage
Some examples of coverage exclusions are:
- Gross Negligence
- Willful Destruction of Property
- Normal Wear & Tear
- Criminal Activity Including Theft
- Personal Property of Guest
- Additional Cleaning Fees
- Smoking or Vaping
- Property Damage to or by any motorized vehicle
