To report a damage reimbursement request for a booking occurring outside of the U.S., please use the unique link provided in the email sent at the booking’s conclusion (subject “Your booking with {Guest_name} is complete"). We will then work with you and your guest to collect payment for the damages reported.
Please note that evidence, including photos, invoices, quotes, or receipts from a licensed third party vendor will be required by our team during this process. We will try our best to secure payment for damages caused by guests, but we cannot guarantee collection and reimbursement for damages to your property at this time.
