To report a damage reimbursement request for total damage value of $100 or less, please use the unique link provided in the email sent at the booking’s conclusion (subject “Your booking with @{Guest_name} is complete") and select “Something Else” on the form. We will then work with you and your guest to collect payment for the damages reported.
Please note that evidence, including photos, invoices, quotes, or receipts from a licensed third party vendor will be required by our team during this process. As this amount falls below the minimum for Peerspace’s Property Damage Guarantee, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to collect payment from a guest or remit payment to you.
Reminder: Damage reimbursement requests for $100 or less are not covered by the Property Damage Guarantee.
