Can I cancel my booking?

We have put the Peerspace Cancellation and Refund policy in place to provide some flexibility for guests while still providing security for hosts who reserve their space in advance for guests.  

As a guest, you can withdraw a booking request that is pending and has not been approved by a host at any time, without penalty.

You can also cancel a booking within 48 hours of confirmation to receive a full refund, as long as that cancellation is also made more than 7 days in advance of the booking start time.

If you cancel a booking after the request has been confirmed by a host and outside the 48 hour window, your booking may be subject to a partial refund. Keep in mind, your card will be charged in full once the host accepts the booking.

Any short-notice cancellations, meaning they are made seven or fewer calendar days prior to the start time of the booking, are non-refundable. We highly recommend that you only submit a booking request when you are certain that a cancellation is very unlikely.

Cleaning fees are always refunded if you cancel a booking and do not use the space.
