What happens if a guest doesn’t show up to their confirmed booking?

If the guest does not show up for their reservation in your space, we treat it as a short-term cancellation by the guest. As a host, your payout will not be affected and will be processed in full, as defined in our payment process.

If you hear from a guest who is a no-show at some point during the booking and they are attempting to reschedule, please send us an email and we will work with them to explore options for a later date.
