How do I connect with guests before, during and after a booking?

The best way to connect with guests is through the messaging tool on the Peerspace platform.  You can easily send messages from your account on our website, through our mobile app, or by replying directly to notification emails containing a guest's message.

If there is an urgent matter, please contact the Peerspace Customer Success team who will assist and connect with the guest.

After the booking is complete, you and the guest will have the opportunity to review each other.  Reviews are an invaluable part of building trust between guests and hosts in our marketplace, so we appreciate your honestly communicating your experience.
