To start, create an hourly rate that represents the maximum charge you have for your space, then add details about discounts/reduced rates in the About the Space section of your listing.
For example, you can add a few lines like this:
Reduced weekday rate: $100/hour
Non-profit rate: $75/hour
Additionally, the rental rate on your listing must include all required fees. Guests cannot be notified about required fees after they message or book your space.
However, any optional fees for ancillary services will be charged to the guest outside of the rental fee. Please contact the Peerspace Concierge team if the guest needs to be charged for additional (non-required) rental or service fees.
To properly represent your space, please include details about any optional (non-required) fees for services or amenities in the About the Space section of your listing.

How to adjust a listing's price
Hosts can change each listing's individual pricing any time by logging in to their account and going to the Listings page on the side menu. Once you get to the right listing, hit Edit to change your hourly rate.
After you adjust your rate, hit Update in the bottom left corner. The changes will be implemented on to your listing immediately.
