All payments are executed through the Peerspace platform and are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
To book a space, you'll need to send a booking request to the host through our platform. This request places an authorization hold on your card to ensure the funds are available. Booking requests expire after 2 business days if the host has not confirmed the booking, and the hold will be automatically released at that time. Please note that it may take a few days for the authorization release to show up on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
You will only be charged once the booking request is accepted by the host, which confirms the reservation. At that point, the Peerspace Cancellation and Refund policy takes effect.
