Why is my listing pending?

After submitting your listings, they automatically move to the pending status. Listings can remain pending for a few different reasons. 

  •  The Peerspace tutorial has not been completed. This is a requirement in order for your listings to be reviewed. 
  •  After the tutorial is completed, listings are manually reviewed by our Onboarding team within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) 
  •  Updates on your account are needed in order to move forward. Note: please reference email communications from the Onboarding team for these required updates.

Once reviewed and approved, the Onboarding team will notify you via email when your listings are live.
