While we’ve designed an easy to use system for contacting hosts, you may run into a scenario where a host is unresponsive.
Prior to a confirmed booking, you can see the host response time on their listing page. This metric is an average amount of time a host takes to respond to inquiries and requests. From the time you submit your request, the host will have two business days to Accept or Decline it. Most hosts respond within 24 hours, but if you’re having difficulty receiving a response, let us know.
After a booking is confirmed, if you’re finding a host unresponsive for days at a time, reach out to us and we’ll contact the host on your behalf.
