Prior to a confirmed booking, you can see the host response time on their listing page. This metric is an average amount of time a host takes to respond to inquiries and requests. Most hosts respond within 24 hours, but if you’re having difficulty receiving a response, let us know.
After a booking is confirmed, if you’re finding a host unresponsive for days at a time, reach out to us and we’ll contact the host on your behalf.
