What do I do if a host doesn’t show up or I’m unable to access the space?

Please keep in mind that you are not allowed access to a space until the officially booked start time.  

If you’re unable to gain access or make contact with the host at the start time, first check your confirmation email for any access or contact instructions. Many hosts will have detailed instructions on where to go or who to contact upon arrival.

In the rare instance where no instructions have been provided and you’re unable to access the space, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to contact the host. If we’re unable, Peerspace will refund the booking in full and attempt to re-accommodate you in a new space.
