Are there any penalties to me as a host for cancelling a booking?

Host-initiated cancellations can significantly inconvenience guests and reflect poorly on the trust and security of our marketplace.

For all Host-initiated cancellations, the Host or Vendor cancelling the Booking will be responsible for costs incurred by Peerspace or the Guest associated with any cancellation. The Peerspace team will notify hosts if incurred costs from a host-initiated cancellation are reported.

 Additionally, Host-initiated cancellations can result in penalties, which can include fines, suspension of your listings, and termination of your account.
