How do I offer a guest more of a refund?

We understand that in some situations you may want to offer more of a refund than a guest was entitled to from your stated cancellation policy. Please reach out to us ASAP and we’re happy to adjust the refund amount accordingly. Please note: if your request to offer a more lenient refund comes after 72 hours from the end of the booking, our team will need you to add a credit card to your account to recollect any processed payouts.
