We understand that sometimes your plans will change. After submitting a formal booking request, you can withdraw the request at no cost anytime before the host accepts the request.
To withdraw your booking request:
- While logged into the site, navigate to the “Inbox” tab of your account.
- Select the request you’d like to withdraw.
- Click the “Withdraw Booking” button, choose your reason, and submit.
Once a request is withdrawn, it becomes inactive and the full amount of authorized funds including the processing fee are returned to your account. Please note, it may take a few days, depending on your bank, to see the change reflected in your statements.
