One of the more common errors a user will see when submitting booking requests is a window with the text “Something Went Wrong”. This is triggered whenever a user is attempting to pay for a booking using a checkout link another user sent them from their own account.
Example: Your colleague finds a great space and gets to the checkout page and sends the URL to you, who will be paying for the space. The URL has their account information attached so it recognizes your account is not the same as the one who initially tried to checkout.
To move forward, simply go to the listing page anew from your own account and submit the request. If you’re having any trouble, let us know.
