At this time Peerspace does not directly offer insurance to guests. In order to use Peerspace, all hosts and guests must maintain primary insurance to cover the activities they book. Please note that your policy should include property damage and liability coverage for yourself in the event of damage to the space or an injury.
You may purchase this insurance from the vendor of your choice – we are providing links to vendors in your respective country as a quick resource for your consideration for this coverage:
- United States - Events: Event Helper
- United States - Production: Thimble
- Canada - DUUO or Insurebc.ca for BC residents
- Australia - Action Entertainment
- United Kingdom - Protectivity Insurance
Peerspace reserves the right to charge guests for damages to space documented by the host and reported to us within 3 days after the conclusion of the event.
For more information about personal property damage reimbursement requests and dispute resolution, please review Section 4.1 of our terms, detailing disputes between users.
