In response to the coronavirus, COVID-19, we are providing flexible re-booking and cancellation options to support you and your upcoming events. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our community and we remain committed to supporting you in this time of uncertainty.
All bookings made before March 25th and with start times between March 25th and April 30th will be treated as an excused cancellation due to the pandemic. Excused cancellations will have the option to reschedule without penalty or receive a Peerspace credit for the full booking amount. Hosts can cancel bookings in this date range without impacting their Power Host status.
We understand that many events need to be rescheduled for a later date. You can change the date of your booking as many times as you need without penalty.
Cancel for full credit
If rescheduling is not an option, you can cancel the booking and receive full credit for a future booking with any host on the platform. Your credit balance will appear 3-7 days after being issued and can be viewed on your payments page.
How to make a change
- Visit your bookings page
- Select the reservation you would like to update
- Click “Cancel”
- Choose “Reschedule booking” or “Cancel for Peerspace credit”
You do not need to contact our team to update your reservation. For other requests and extenuating circumstances contact our support team.
