What is a BSB?
A BSB (Bank State Branch) is a 6-digit number that identifies the individual branch of an Australian Bank or Financial Institution. The first two digits specify the bank or financial institution where the money is being sent. The third digit tells which state the branch is located in. The last three digits specify the address of the branch.
