The Trust & Safety of the Peerspace Community is of utmost importance. Our Trust & Safety team continually monitors bookings that are happening on our platform, and will request identity verification from guests in some instances to allow bookings to proceed. The identity verification process is used to ensure our users are of legal age to transact on our platform, and because we cannot meet users in person and validate traceable means to get in touch should an incident occur, we use government identification validation to do so.
