What do I do if a host cancels my booking?

While we expect host-initiated cancellations to be rare, we understand that unfortunate circumstances may occasionally necessitate a cancellation.

If your host cancels your booking, the transaction amount including all Peerspace fees will be refunded to you in full. Our Customer Experience team will try our best to re-accommodate you, either in another space or at a later time in the same space. We understand that these cancellations impact the high standard of service by which Peerspace’s marketplace operates, and we have formalized a host-initiated cancellation policy to discourage cancellations outside of emergencies.
