What do I do if a host cancels my booking?

While we expect host-initiated cancellations to be rare, we understand that unfortunate circumstances may occasionally necessitate a cancellation.

If your host cancels your booking, the transaction amount including all Peerspace fees will be refunded to you in full. Our Customer Experience team will try our best to re-accommodate you, either in another space or at a later time in the same space.

We understand that these cancellations impact the high standard of service by which Peerspace’s marketplace operates, and we have formalized a host-initiated cancellation policy to discourage cancellations outside of emergencies.

If you receive notice that your host is requesting to cancel your booking, please contact us by clicking on the messenger widget in the corner of your screen.
