We understand that plans can change, so here’s how cancellations work at Peerspace:
If you need to withdraw a booking request that’s still pending and hasn’t been approved by a host, you can do so anytime without any penalty.
Once your booking is confirmed, you have a 24-hour window to cancel and receive a full refund—just make sure to do it more than 48 hours before the booking start time.
If you just need to change some of the details of your booking like the date or start time, simply use the ‘Update Booking’ button in your Inbox to make the request. You can learn more about that function here.
If you cancel a booking after the request has been confirmed by a host and outside the 48 hour window, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the cancellation policy for your booking. Note that your card will be charged in full once the host accepts your booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable, so be sure you’re confident about your plans before confirming.
If you cancel and haven’t used the space, cleaning fees are always refunded regardless of the cancellation policy on your booking.
