By creating add-ons, you can easily market and sell additional services to guests directly through Peerspace. Popular add-ons include furniture and equipment rental, catering, and staffing.
Add-ons are intended to allow you the flexibility to sell premium amenity upgrades. They are not meant to be itemized up charging for basic amenities that allow the guest to enjoy the space.
Remember, all items detailed in the Amenities section of your listing are considered included in the space rental (the base rate price). Additionally, you are expected to detail any required costs associated with booking your space in the About the Space section of your listing.

Hosts are responsible for cleaning after each booking. If the fee varies or requires cleaning on consecutive days of a multi-day booking, detail this in your listing and use our invite-to-book feature to adjust the subtotal or cleaning fee. Learn more. |

If a security deposit is required to book the space, detail the amount and method of collection in your listing. Security deposits are processed outside of Peerspace and cannot be charged as an add-on. Learn more. |
| Site rep fee | |

Hosts can use the add-on feature to collect payment for any site-visits made prior to a booking; however, this should be communicated to guests upfront. Learn more. |
| Rental Equipment | |

Hosts can use the add-on feature to charge guests for the use of rental equipment they may have on-site, such as AV or furniture. These items should be advertised in the About the Space section of your listing. |

It may be illegal for a host to offer some services, such as the sale of alcohol or catering, which they are not licensed to sell as part of a booking.
Important: Peerspace may prohibit the continued use of the platform for hosts that are not in compliance with local laws, authorities, or landowners. Inconsistencies with the guidelines laid out here or in our Terms may result in refundable guest cancellations or other penalties.
