What do I do if my host is unresponsive after the booking is confirmed or the day of the booking?

Hosts on the Peerspace platform are expected to communicate with guests in a timely manner. Most hosts respond back within 24 hours. If you’re having difficulty contacting a host after they’ve accepted your booking or the day of your booking, please let us know right away by clicking the messenger widget in the corner of your screen and we’re happy to contact the host on your behalf to prompt a quicker response.
