What do I do if my host is unresponsive after the booking is confirmed or the day of the booking?

Hosts on the Peerspace platform are expected to communicate with guests in a timely manner. Most hosts respond back within 24 hours. If you’re having difficulty contacting a host after they’ve accepted your booking or the day of your booking, please let us know right away and we’re happy to contact the host on your behalf to prompt a quicker response.
