Reviews are required as they allow hosts and guests alike to provide honest feedback about their experiences. These reviews in turn help to strengthen the trust and visibility of our growing host and guest communities.
Please keep in mind reviews are not published until submitted by both the Host and Guest. Once that happens, and if you believe any of the content in the review is dishonest or violates our content guidelines, we have a policy in place to formally file a dispute. Our Customer Experience team will review all supporting documentation provided and make a final determination. To ensure the integrity of our community feedback, Peerspace does not mediate the accuracy of reviews without conclusive documentation. We will only consider the removal of a review if one or more of the following materials are provided:
