Published reviews cannot be rewritten upon request. However, reviews may be removed or modified under specific circumstances, including guideline violations, unauthorized submissions, or misunderstandings about house rules. We have a process to dispute and evaluate reviews once they are published on Peerspace.
If you believe any of the content in a guest or attendee's review is dishonest or violates our content guidelines, please contact us by clicking on the messenger widget in the corner of your screen and provide the person's name along with the event date.
Our team will work with you to collect any context and evidence to evaluate if we are able to remove or allow a response to the review, based on our content guidelines. This includes situations such as dishonesty, inappropriate language, personal attacks, or other violations of Peerspace's Community Guidelines.
When disputing a review, it is important to provide evidence such as messages exchanged with the guest, booking details, time-stamped photos or videos, and documentation of any resolution attempts. If the review does not violate guidelines, you may still be allowed to respond to it to provide context for future guests.
Please note, we are unable to assist if the review is more than 6 months old. If you wish to dispute a review, we recommend acting promptly to ensure eligibility for assistance.
To minimize the risk of negative reviews, ensure clear communication of Host Rules and booking terms, address guest concerns promptly, and document all interactions and conditions of the space.
