New space submissions are reviewed by a member of our Onboarding team within 10 business days. If updates are required, you will be notified by email with details on required updates in order to go live.
We recommend reviewing the requirements to go live, to improve your chances of going live faster. These requirements include uploading at least 10 high-quality photos, verifying your account, and ensuring your space meets Peerspace’s criteria for amenities.
Once your listing is activated, it will appear in search results within 1-3 days. During this time, you can share your listing link with potential guests, as it will already be live and bookable.
If you are still struggling to go live, check your host onboarding page, as well as your email (including spam/junk folders) for any communication from the Onboarding team, as they may have provided important updates or instructions. If you're still uncertain as to why your listing has not gone live, please reach out to our support team and they would be happy to help.
