What is the status of my Peerspace listing?

Checking Your Listing Status

You can track the progress of your listing directly from your Peerspace listings tab.

  1. Log in and navigate to the "My Listings" tab.

  2. Each listing will show a status:

    • Pending approval: the listing is under review or requires updates to go live

    • Active: the listing is live on the platform

    • Paused: the listing has been paused by host account

    • Deactivated: the listing has been deactivated by host account

    • Paused by Peerspace: the listing has been paused by Peerspace

    • Deactivated by Peerspace: the listing has been deactivated by Peerspace

Pending Approval

  • Most new space submissions and resubmissions are reviewed by our team within 1 hour during standard operating hours.

  • Click "view required updates" to view the space onboarding form where the specific required updates are listed.

  • Once you make the required updates, click "Resubmit your space for review"

Active Listing

Once your listing is approved, it will generally become active and searchable on the platform.

A live listing usually appears in search results within 1-3 days after activation. During this waiting period, you can still share your listing link with potential guests for bookings.

Paused Listing

Hosts now have the ability to "pause" listings. Learn more about the pause listing feature.

Deactivated Listing

Deactivated listings are listings that have been deactivated by the host.

Paused by Peerspace Listing

Peerspace may pause your listing if it has fallen below performance standards. If your listing is Paused by Peerspace, you can "Resume listing" and your listing will be reactivated. Learn more about why listings are Paused by Peerspace.

Deactivated by Peerspace Listing

Deactivated by Peerspace listings are not qualified to go live. Learn more about why listings are Deactivated by Peerspace.
