How do I offer a guest more of a refund?

We understand that in some situations you may want to offer more of a refund than a guest was entitled to from your stated cancellation policy. To request an adjusted refund, please contact our support team with the following details: - Your guest's name and the date of the booking - The resolution you've agreed to with your guest (e.g. full refund, partial refund) - Whether the booking ended more or less than 72 hours ago Please note: if your request comes more than 72 hours after the end of the booking, our team will need you to add a credit card to your account to recollect any processed payouts.
