How do I delete a listing?

If you no longer wish to have your listing visible or accessible on Peerspace, you can either deactivate it temporarily or delete it permanently. Please follow the steps below based on your desired action.

  1. Go to your listings tab.

  2. Click "Edit" for the listing you would like to delete. (Note: This is different than the "Edit Space" button)

  3. Click the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

  4. Click the box next to "I understand that this will delete all associated information with this listing".

  5. Click the “Delete” button to confirm.

Please note: guests with pre-existing message threads on these listings are still able to send you messages.

Deleting a listing does not cancel active bookings. Ensure you handle any existing commitments prior to deletion to avoid guest confusion or operational issues. Additionally, some information linked to your account may be retained for legal, tax, or business purposes in line with Peerspace's terms and privacy policy.

If you are only interested in temporarily pausing the listing from being viewable to the public, please submit a request by clicking on the messenger widget in the corner of your screen. Additionally, administrative assistance for temporary deactivation may require security verification, such as confirming your identity through billing address or account information.
