Accurate availability is key to your success on Peerspace. By keeping your calendar up-to-date, you will attract more qualified guests, spend less time messaging, and improve your space's visibility in search results.
Guests will see your space's availability when selecting a date for their event. Dates with confirmed Peerspace bookings will be automatically blocked on your calendar.
There are two ways to manage your availability on Peerspace:
1) Sync an external calendar
If you manage your space’s availability with an external calendar, such as iCal or Google Calendar, you can connect it with your Peerspace account. The automatic sync will add events from your external calendar to Peerspace. You can connect your calendar in your Calendar Settings (⚙). Learn More
2) Block times you're unavailable
You can block specific dates and times directly in your Peerspace calendar with the “Block Time” button. If the space is booked through another service or otherwise unavailable, you can block that time from being booked by Peerspace guests.
Remember, there is one calendar per space. If you manage multiple spaces on Peerspace, you can toggle between them in the Calendar tab.
