All charges (except security deposits) are processed via the Peerspace platform. Additional charges are processed differently depending on if the event has occurred yet or not. Payments to hosts are sent via direct deposit to your bank account on file with us or our third-party partner in certain instances (i.e. reimbursements paid via our Property Damage Guarantee).
Before the event takes place:
You can update the date, time, and price (including the space subtotal, cleaning fee, and any add-ons) up to 1 hour before the booking starts. Simply locate the booking from your Bookings tab and select "Update Booking." Learn more.
After the event takes place:

Please note: Peerspace is unable to pursue or support arbitrary fines. Arbitrary fines are fines with an unspecified or unverifiable third party value. Third party receipts/invoices/estimates to substantiate the requested costs are required.

Penalty/Inconvenience Fines
- Smoking fees
- Confetti/Glitter usage
- Furniture Rearrangement
- Additional Cleaning
- Trash Removal
- Billing of your own time/labor
- Potential lost revenue
Please note: Peerspace collects a Host service fee on all additional charges, except damages.
