What do I do if the space looks nothing like the listing photos?

Hosts are required to maintain accurate photographs of their space on their listing page. In the event you arrive the day of the booking and the space does not match the photographs, make sure to take photos and/or video to submit as evidence. From there, report the issue through this form. A specialist will review your case and follow up with you via the email address associated with your Peerspace account within 24–48 hours.

NOTICE: Issues must be reported within 72 hours of the booking's end time. Peerspace cannot begin the mediation process until you have fully completed and submitted the form above.
