What do I do if I have a problem with the host or space?

In the rare instance an issue arises with the host or the space itself, it’s best to attempt to mediate the situation between yourselves. More often than not, issues can be resolved amicably. In the event this is not possible, please report the issue through this form.

Please make sure to document any problems with photo/video, text, email, or other communications as this will be required when you complete the form.

A specialist will review your case and follow up with you via the email address associated with your Peerspace account within 24–48 hours.

​NOTICE: Issues must be reported within 72 hours of the booking's end time. Peerspace cannot begin the mediation process until you have fully completed and submitted the form above.
