If you no longer wish to have your listing visible or accessible on Peerspace, you can either pause it temporarily or deactivate it permanently. Please follow the steps below based on your desired action.
To deactivate your listing:
Go to your listings tab.
Click "Edit" for the listing you would like to delete. (Note: This is different than the "Edit Space" button)
Click the 'Deactivate' button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click the box next to "I understand that this will delete all associated information with this listing".
Click the “Deactivate” button to confirm. Once deactivated, the listing and all associated information will be permanently removed from the Peerspace marketplace.
Please note: guests with pre-existing message threads on these listings are still able to send you messages.
Deactivating a listing does not cancel active bookings. Ensure you handle any existing commitments prior to deactivation to avoid guest confusion or operational issues.
Additionally, some information linked to your account may be retained for legal, tax, or business purposes in line with Peerspace's terms and privacy policy.
