Does my venue need to participate in the All Inclusive Venues model?
Participation is required for venues that provide in-house food or beverage services and restrict outside food or beverages for applicable event bookings.
Prohibiting outside alcohol alone qualifies your venue for mandatory participation, even if outside food is allowed.
All eligible venues must adopt the All Inclusive Venues model to list for events on Peerspace.
How should I display my minimum spend?
Your listing must clearly communicate all required costs before a guest books.
Minimum spend only: If you don't charge a separate space rental fee, configure your minimum spend through the All Inclusive Venues model.
Space rental fee and minimum spend: List and configure both amounts separately.
Additional mandatory charges: Disclose all applicable service charges, required gratuity, and other mandatory fees.
Do not classify a minimum spend as a rental fee or introduce undisclosed purchasing requirements after a booking is confirmed.
How are food and beverage payments handled?
Peerspace facilitates the venue reservation, but all food and beverage sales and transactions must be handled directly by your venue outside the Peerspace platform.
Guests pay your venue directly for food, beverages, and purchases toward the minimum spend. Hosts are responsible for collecting these payments and fulfilling food and beverage orders.
What if my venue allows outside food or doesn't require a minimum spend?
Eligibility depends on your venue's actual operating practices and purchasing requirements, including restrictions on outside food and beverages. Review your policies to determine whether your venue qualifies for mandatory participation.
If you believe your venue should be exempt, you may request an exception from Peerspace. Exceptions are reviewed individually, and your venue remains subject to the requirements unless Peerspace explicitly approves the exception.
