There are two easy ways to sync your external calendar with Peerspace, depending on which calendar software you use. You can choose the method that works best for you:
- How to sync Google, iCloud, Office 365, Exchange, or Outlook
- How to sync with Airbnb, VRBO, and other calendars that provide an iCalendar or ics URL link
Important Note: Right now, calendar sync is only available through the desktop or mobile site, not the iOS app.
A Few Helpful Reminders About Calendar Sync

Buffer Time: You can add buffer time between bookings to ensure your availability is accurate.

Automatic Syncing: Once your calendars are synced, any events marked as "busy" on your external calendar will automatically block that time on Peerspace. It’s that simple!

Privacy First: Your privacy matters to us. We never share or store specific details of your events, like titles or client names.

Blocking All-Day Events: Some calendars may mark all-day events as "free" by default. To block these times on your Peerspace calendar, just mark them as "busy" on your external calendar. You can also create a separate Google calendar just for Peerspace to avoid personal events or reminders from interfering.

Automatic Updates: Your calendars sync automatically every few minutes, pulling in events for the next 7 months. You can always check the status of your connection in the “Settings” menu of your Peerspace calendar.

Disconnecting: If you want to disconnect at any time, just go to your Peerspace calendar, click the three dots next to your external calendar name, and select “Disconnect.”
