What happens next
Here's what to expect:
We'll attempt to contact your host directly and work to get you access to the space as quickly as possible.
If we're able to reach the host and resolve the situation, we'll confirm access with you directly.
If your host is unresponsive, we'll issue them a 24-hour deadline to respond and explain any circumstances.
If the host doesn't respond
If the host does not respond within 24 hours, Peerspace will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. In most cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you'll receive a confirmation once this has been initiated.
