Ancillary and extra charges can be processed on different days from your booking payment. While we try to pay you for the settled portions of your booking as soon as possible, we give hosts more time to present additional charge requests and may need to review these with guests before these payments can be made.
Please note that reimbursement for damages under the property damage guarantee are processed by a third party administrator and will be payable via direct deposit.
